We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator & Project Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic sign and large graphic team. This hybrid role combines analytical precision with logistical coordination—ensuring accurate project estimates and smooth scheduling from start to finish. Ideal for someone who thrives on clarity, communication, and keeping things moving

Key Responsibilities

​

Estimating

  • Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements

  • Calculate material, labor, equipment, and installation costs

  • Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals

  • Communicate with vendors for pricing and lead times

  • Collaborate with sales and project managers to ensure scope alignment

  • Track market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly

  • Know how to preflight for a sign and large format graphics company

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in graphics, signage, printing, or related industry

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)

  • Strong math and analytical skills for accurate estimating

  • Familiarity with software and large-format printing processes

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Experience with estimating software or ERP systems is a plus

  • Familiarity with ADA signage

Job Overview

Graphic Imaging is looking for a creative and detail-driven Prepress & Design/Layout Specialist to join our production team. This role bridges the gap between design and fabrication, ensuring that all artwork is accurate, print-ready, and optimized for large-format signage and graphics. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for visual communication, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Prepress

  • Review and prepare client-supplied files for print production

  • Ensure proper file formats, resolution, bleed, and color profiles

  • Troubleshoot and correct file issues (fonts, layers, transparency, etc.)

  • Perform quality control checks before sending files to print

  • Maintain organized digital archives and job documentation

Design & Layout

  • Create layouts for signage, banners, vehicle wraps, window graphics, and more

  • Adapt designs to various substrates and dimensions

  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet client specifications

  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards

  • Generate mockups and proofs for client approval

  • Know how to preflight for a sign and large format graphics company
