Job Summary

Graphic Imaging is looking for a Graphic Project Manager. The position supports client communication, production and finishing and accounting departments.

Key Responsibilities

To successfully manage projects for a Graphic Imaging, the project manager must have a blend of outstanding organizational skills, operational, and customer-focused knowledge. The project manager oversees the planning, estimating, coordination, and execution of print ready material for projects, assuring they are completed on time, and within budget. By building strong client relationships they must understand customer expectations and work closely with our staff to ensure deliverables meet or exceed those standards.

Project Planning

  • ​Launching new projects includes meeting with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for clients

  • Outline the scope for each project

  • Utilizing production software to manage deadlines

  • Estimate projects and client review

  • Execute new projects and preflight files using Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Collaborate with internal production team for project launches

  • Develop and maintain project schedules

  • Track budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accountability

  • Work with the Production Manager for inventory management

  • Approve color proofs for each project. Internal review and coordinate client approval

  • QC final output for all projects before shipment

  • Create install packages for installers

  • Prepare final invoicing

 

Qualifications

Job Title: Graphic Production & Finishing Technician

Location: Pipersville, PA
Company: Graphic Imaging
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Graphic Imaging is seeking a skilled Graphic Production and Finishing Technician with strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of large‑format and signage production processes. The technician will work primarily in the Production area operating large‑format equipment independently and producing high‑quality finished projects on deadline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and preflight files for output  using Adobe Creative Cloud and Onyx color management

  • Laminate, mount, and finish posters, window clings, ADA & directory signage, and other large‑format products

  • Work confidently with industry materials used for laminating, mounting, and finishing

  • Operate large‑format equipment including inkjet printers, laminators, cutters, and related tools

  • Perform basic hardware maintenance and ensure proper connectivity of production equipment

 

Production

  • Print, laminate, mount, contour‑cut, and perform all related large format production activities

  • Maintain all equipment in the production area and track necessary maintenance materials (tools, oils, lint‑free cloths, alcohol, etc.)

  • Keep the production area clean and organized at all times

  • Meet with the team for project launches and participate in project development and brainstorming sessions

  • Read and evaluate project scopes and perform quality checks on all work before it leaves the building

Inventory & Shipping

  • Handle inventory supplies: check deliveries against purchase orders, verify accuracy, organize and store materials

  • Ensure all jobs are quality‑checked by managers and the account executive before shipping

  • Create shipping labels, package outgoing projects appropriately, and include branded materials as required

 

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of desktop software, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Onyx color management

  • Experience and understanding of large‑format printing processes, equipment, and materials

  • Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for color accuracy and overall quality

Job Title: Vehicle & Vinyl Wrap Installer

Location: Pipersville, PA

Job Summary

Graphic Imaging is seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Vehicle Wrap Installer to join our growing business. This role focuses on prepping, applying, and finishing vinyl graphics on vehicles and various interior/exterior surfaces. If you enjoy hands‑on, creative work and take pride in clean, precise installations, this is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities​

  • Coordinate with in-house production team on vinyl print preparation and production

  • Prep vehicle surfaces: cleaning, degreasing, and removing trim

  • Apply vinyl wraps to cars, trucks, trailers, and commercial fleets with accurate alignment and smooth finishes

  • Install wall, window, and building graphics on surfaces such as brick, cement, glass, drywall, and tile

  • Use tools such as heat guns, squeegees, and cutting tools to contour graphics around complex shapes

  • Review jobs before installation to identify challenges

  • Inspect finished work and correct bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment

  • Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety procedures

  • Travel to job sites as needed

  • Communicate professionally with customers

  • Work independently or with a team to meet deadlines

  • Assist with removal of old wraps or decals when required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-year Experience with vinyl wrap installation (vehicles or commercial graphics)

  • Strong attention to detail and steady manual dexterity

  • Familiarity with wrap materials (3M, Avery Dennison, Oracal, PPF, etc.)

  • Ability to climb ladders, lift materials, and stand for extended periods

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

  • Self‑motivated, responsible, and comfortable working without direct supervision

Preferred

  • Experience with paint protection film (PPF)

  • Ability to provide work samples

  • Two professional references
